IAAS Bangladesh IUBAT Successfully Launches Exchange Program with Educational Visit to Central Cattle Breeding and Dairy Farm, Savar, Dhaka.

August 21, 2025 – IAAS Bangladesh IUBAT commenced its much-anticipated IAAS Exchange Week with a successful educational visit to the Central Cattle Breeding and Dairy Farm, Savar, Dhaka. A total of 63 members actively participated in this first program of the week.

During the visit, participants had the opportunity to explore the entire farm, gaining valuable insights into its operations and management. They visited several key sections, including the Administration Section, BYER Section, Agriculture Section, Veterinary Section, and the Bangladesh Central Artificial Insemination Laboratory. Farm officials provided detailed briefings on the farm’s history, achievements, and ongoing activities.

Members also enhanced their knowledge on improved cattle breeds and artificial insemination techniques, deepening their understanding of modern livestock management practices.

Following the educational session, the participants enjoyed a refreshment tour at Jahangirnagar University, which added a cultural and recreational dimension to the day’s program.

With active participation, learning, and enjoyment, the Exchange Program’s first event concluded successfully.
